Since starting in recruitment in 2013, he has built a strong track record across the built environment, with a specialist focus on architecture and design.Coming from an award-winning recruitment background, James brings a commercial, no-nonsense approach to hiring. He works closely with clients and candidates on critical roles where getting it right matters - focused on solving problems rather than simply filling roles.Outside of work, you’ll find him golfing, fishing, or spending time with his kids.

Peter is a Director at Onyx Recruitment, responsible for driving strategy, growth, and overall business performance. Since entering recruitment in 2013, he has built a strong track record across the built environment, with a specialist focus on energy and renewables.As the founder of multiple recruitment businesses, Peter has built and scaled high-performing teams and established a strong market presence through consistent delivery. He takes a practical, outcome-driven approach, focused on building teams that deliver and stand the test of time.Outside of work, Peter is focused on building businesses and backing people - both within the team and across the wider network
